Welcome

Welcome to my blog spot, where I post short and medium-sized blurbs about my life, my dog’s life, and life in general. Sometimes I copy blurbs from my author website, which you can find at loribonati.com, and paste them here.

I love to write little essays ranging from funny to furious. I also love to take photographs. Here at my personal blog spot, you’ll find a virtual potpourri of both.

If you like series that will keep you on the edge of your seat, or at least in your seat, you can read all about my move across the United States in my series,New Latitude.”

Or, check out my mini-series about a not-so-comfortable-but-I’d-do-it-again three-day cross-country train trip, “Train Tracker.” (P.S. Hyphens are my friends.)

  1. I was born and raised in Burlington, Washington. About 80 miles north of Seattle. My grandmother spend most of a childhood on Lopez Island. The Salish Sea is pretty close to that area. I’m hoping you had a lot of fun out there.

      1. Whidbey Island! Yes, that was my home away from home. Did you walk across Deception Pass Bridge? That’s always a must. You are bringing back memories. 🙂

      2. No, I didn’t walk across the bridge … but I did take lots of pictures there. I’ve just put one on my Photo page (it’s the last one in the June, 2017 group). There are more photos of Whidbey Island in my e-book, Standing in the Surf (shameless plug).

      3. I use to date a girl, way back in another lifetime. We went all over that island. They were making a movie out there. I remember her and I somehow found our way around the actors trailers. The trouble we got in to. 🙂
